Abstract: | Small and sized enterprise are an important development tool because of its superior ability to economic development, especially countries, where it plays a strategic role in building and revitalizing the economies of many countries, by actively contributing to employment the gross domestic product and exports, creating added value by promoting productive activities, and pushing the economy towards more growth. Therefore many countries have given the utmost importance to small and medium-sized enterprises and have created mechaisms and programs that provide financial, technical and administrative support, which guarantees its growth and development. In this context, the Arab Maghreb countries have known in recent years an important shift in economic policies since the application of privatization, which gave a broader field and greater support for the emergence of small and medium-sized enterprises, by incorporating it within the general policy of development as a tool that is effectively contributing to the achievement of economic development. During this case stuy, we will try toالدلخص VIII clarify the extent of the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises in developing the economies of the Arab Maghreb countries, based on its economical and social roles |
