dc.description.abstractThe desoldering of the weld seams due to the thermo mechanical stresses experienced by the flue-gas boilers is a challenge for the manufacturers of these boilers. The main objective of our work is to determine the thermo mechanical stresses in these welding beads in order to analyze them and to try to minimize their impact on the operation of our boiler. The thermo mechanical analysis of our boiler using Ansys-Worckbench finite element software has allowed us to locate the welding seam desoldering zone, which is located between the tilting plate and the outer cylinder, our Analysis has also allowed us to minimize thermo mechanical stresses by playing on the temperature of the burner.en_US
