This study focuses on the behavior of junctions in effect of internal pressure and temperature variation. The main junctions are studied with the T junction. The goal is to calculate the stress fields coupled to the temperature change. This coupling defines a realistic thermo- mechanical behaviorof the junctions, including the intersection where there is a large concentration of stress. The junction is an element widely used in industrial installations such as cooling circuits of nuclear power plants are subjected to temperature fluctuations due to the mixing of hot and cold fluids is the so-called mixing zones. These fluctuations can cause thermal fatigue and mechanical damage and cracks in the circuit causing leaks. Numerical modeling is performed on the computer code « ABAQUS »based on the finite element method.en_US
