dc.description.abstractGiven the devastating effects of armed conflicts, it was necessary for the international community to agree on principles regulating them and minimizing their damage, especially on cultural objects, so that the conflicting parties had to distinguish between them and military objectives, the hague convention of 1954 and its additional Protocols, the research aims to identify the applicable provisions that grant protection to cultural objects and how to adhere to them in real terms. The finding is that violating the protection system stipulated in international treaties entails international responsibility, whether civil or criminal responsibility international.en_US
