dc.description.abstractThis research is considered an attempt to determine the legal system of electronic contract as approved by the Algerian Legislature, where before 2018 there were general provisions of the electronic contract within the framework of the general rules of evidence provided for in the civil law, but with the issuance of the electronic commerce law, the electronic contract acquired the status of the contract named according to its legal regulation even the consumer protection and Nest Suppression Act The electronic consumer is one of the parties to this contract, so it was necessary to research these various laws to complete the research.en_US
