Abstract: | This thesis explores the benefits of using digital tools on the university campus and presents an application that aims to address various challenges. By emphasizing advantages such as efficiency, accessibility, security, data preservation, and improved student experience, this project seeks to transform and optimize the services offered by the university. Our proposed project is an E-campus card with five main objectives: electronic payment for campus services, internal geolocation, digital attendance management, storage of personal information, and task planning. This manuscript describes the different stages of the project, starting with an analysis of the current situation, followed by formal and technical specifications. We specifically focus on mobile operating systems, tools used, as well as the design and development steps of our application. Knowledge in legal, marketing, and financial domains are key elements that have contributed to the successful integration of different aspects of the project in the form of a Business Model Canvas (BMC). Our prototype highlights the positive impacts of using digital tools on student life by providing better accessibility to information, more effective communication with teachers and administrative staff, and overall improvement of university services. It is worth noting that ensuring the continuous evolution of our E-campus card through the use of digital technologies is also important in order to meet the changing needs of the student community |
