Abstract: In this study, we discussed the internal work environment and its relationship to job performance at the Belaish Muhammad School in Ain Al-Kihal, Ain Temouchent Province. This study aimed to clarify the elements of the physical and administrative environment and their relationship to job performance. The internal work environment played an important role in determining teachers’ performance, satisfaction and commitment, so that if the environment Positive work will increase the productivity of teachers. A positive work environment can also motivate students and increase their desire to study, which will affect the organization of work, the educational-learning process, and the decision-making process within the school. A field study was conducted in Belaish Muhammad School in Ain Al-Kihal, Ain Temouchent Province, The sample consisted of 8 male and female teachers from the school. Among the tools used in the field research were interviews and observation. We adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The results led to confirmation of the presence of elements of the internal work environment at the level of Balaish Muhammad School, despite the presence of imbalances in its material and administrative elements that It decreased the teacher’s professional competence and affected his job performance.
