Abstract

Nursery Dream –Aromatic and medicinal plants Seeds and seedlings With the spread of diseases and their wide variation between different societies, most peoples at all levels and in their various daily needs have tended to use medicinal plants in various fields such as traditional medicine, the addition of natural flavors to food industries, beekeeping, the use of natural organic cosmetics, even some major and international institutions rely on medicinal plants to manufacture their products, including medicines and cosmetics. Continued and unplanned depletion of this natural wealth could lead to its extinction on the earth's surface, causing an imbalance in different ecosystems. This project aims to achieve self-sufficiency in all areas of the economy, including the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. Through this project, we are also seeking to achieve sustainable development for the benefit of future generations, while preserving the wealth of flora in the natural environment. In this study, we rely on the production of medicinal plants in two ways: cultivation by sowing or propagation by cuttings, because of information linked to geographical location and various climatic and edaphic factors. The propagation process concerns the plants most in demand and used by the inhabitants of the wilaya of Ain Temouchent, , including mint, thyme, phyllo, sage, camomile, verbena, basil... From this simple study, it became clear that the production of medicinal plants requires sufficient knowledge of plant science and classification. Natural factors such as soil quality and climate are also necessary.
