This dissertation delves into the novel's portrayal of censorship and its effects on society through a qualitative, descriptive, and analytical approach. The analysis aims at shedding light on the profound impact of controlling knowledge and its implications on society. The research also discusses the potential impact of the novel on addressing issues such as access to knowledge and freedom of expression, aiming to empower individuals from marginalized communities who have historically been silenced or excluded. Overall, the dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis of the complexities of identity formation and the transformative power of personal connections in the face of societal pressures and oppress.
