Nitrogenous heterocyclic are of considerable importance in the pharmaceutical field and are the link to a variety of compounds of biological and therapeutic interest. Several synthetic routes for this type of compounds have been described in the literature. Recently, new fast and efficient synthesis methods are developed to develop new biologically active heterocyclic compounds while trying to respect the criteria of green chemistry. In this context, our work is divided into two parts.  The first part of this work describes a simple and practical synthetic strategy for the preparation of 1,6-naphthyridine-2,5-diones which is performed in two steps. On the other hand, another route was elaborated according to a new efficient and fast one-pot process in one step (multicomponent reaction RMC). The second objective of this work is devoted to an application: study of the molecular fluorescence of the synthesized 1,6-naphthyridine-2,5-diones based on the influence of the variation of the solvent, and the concentration of our products on the emission of the molecular fluorescence spectrum.en_US
