dc.description.abstractThis study aims to know the role of change, in improving the competence conquerence of the institution, this change is consedered as an administrative process that deal on the actual change of the organization to the best situation , through increasing its ability on the conquerence in an environement which deals with a strong ones, inorder to insure its existness with continuous activity and relize as much as possible of objectives . The relation research push us to take the theoritecal part on the regional fund o f agriculture in ain temouchent, by usin g questionnaire to collect date and with examinations & analyses , by using spss programme to derive the most resultsen_US
