dc.description.abstract | This thesis Will adress the impact of change mana gement on employée performance by addressing the following problem : how closely does change management raisisng the performance of e mployées within the institution? , and after the case study conducted at th e level of the bank og Agriculture and Rural devlopment 051 Ain temouchent. concluded that there was an impact of technological change on the performance of the workers, because of the ability of this field to keep abreact of ongoing dev e lopement thourgh t he use of modern methods of communication in oder to reduce the effort and time, and accelerate the flow of information, which increases the effeciency of performance. The impact of change in personnel also effects the performance of employees, due to the comptability between change and the training programs that help them to adapt the new situation, and to renew their knowledge and assets, as well as incentives that stimulate the motivation of the work, especially in the circumstances of invities action. | en_US |
