dc.description.abstractOur study aims to recognize the impact of informal communication on the educational process, what we did at Barhayel Miloud high school of Terga in Ain temouchent. We have learned the most important effects of informal communication on managers, in all societies of all kinds, we find informal communication. Face-to-face, social media, phone and other means. One of the most important findings of our study is that employers in general are divided into groups, including informal and collaborative communication among members of each group. However, we find some conflicts between groups rather than within them, which are due to a variety of reasons that we have found and mentioned in the practical part.en_US
