dc.description.abstractThis study aims to study the reality of corporate governance to reduce the fight against corruption in North African countries (Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt and Morocco), and to increase interest in it, through control and control according to principles and ru les in order to achieve rationality, transparency, discipline, independence and accountability. Corruption has become a global phenomenon that can only be combated by using well thought out strategies and 83 establishing anti corruption bodies and organizatio ns. And we have reached through this study a set of results, the most important of which is that whenever a good governance system is available and its standards are found, the more it leads to control of corruption, and whenever good governance and its standards are missing, this leads to the spread of corruptionen_US
