dc.description.abstractThe rapid progress of information technology has provided a more favorable framework for investigating a new teaching method. This study examines the role of educational technology in shaping English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students‟ oral communication skills . It focuses on how Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools might help students become more proficient speakers by integrating various forms of technology to enhance their speaking skills and create a stimulating learning environment to encourage effective language use the main hypotheses of this research propose that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) serves as a strong motivator for students and helps create a comfortable setting that facilitates extensive language practice and oral performances to confirm these hypotheses, three research instruments were utilized: classroom observation, teacher interviews, and questionnaires were administered to Foreign Language ( EFL) teachers and their students from university of Ain temouchent . The practical findings of the study offer an analysis of the data collected from the questionnaires, interviews, and observations, followed by a discussion of the main results. Consequently the finding of this study show that both of teachers and students prefer to work with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools, and highlight the close relationship between teaching speaking skills and using Information and Communication Technology (ICT).en_US
