The first part is a contribution to the study of mesoporous materials presenting a potential mainly in the field of catalysis. SBA-15 mesoporous materials were synthesized under acidic conditions using the copolymer triblock (Pluronic 123) as template and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as the source of silica. Heteroatoms such as magnesium have been incorporated by the post-synthesis pathway within the porosity of mesoporous materials to modify the latter of hexagonal structure and specific surface area. Powder XRD, N2 adsorption, FTIR Fourier Transform Infrared techniques were used for characterization of catalysts and study of relationships with catalytic activity. The second part concerns the applications of catalysts in the synthesis of tetrazole derivatives. We have studied the influence of reaction parameters on the activity and selectivity of the prepared catalysts, and their applications in the production of tetrazole, for their numerous environmental and economic advantages. The objective of this thesis was to develop a new method for synthesizing tetrazole derivatives from heterocyclic motifs that bear nitrile groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively. To achieve this, we selected three types of heterocycles with catalysts to test this reaction. The catalysts Mg/SBA-15(n) and Co/SBA-15(n) with (n=60; 20) exhibit very good yields of tetrazole and significant catalytic activity.en_US
