Abstract: This study politely tagged the ordeal in the balance of Algerian criticismcarried the narrative of erodedcastles "Mohamed Sarri" is a model in the entrance and threechapters, sothat the entrance dealtwith the transformations of Algerian literaturefrom the 1970s to the stage of the 1990s, while the first chapterentitled the literature of the ordeal in the balance of Algerian criticism, wasdedicated to mentioning the most important criticalstudiesthattook care of the literature of the ordealstudy and analysis, in front of the chapter. The second, entitled "The Literature of the Ordeal in the Algerian Balance of Criticism," deal twith previousstudies on the narratives of the Algerian ordeal throughthreecritical books thatdealt with this phenomenon in the beginning and analysis, while the thirdchapter, entitled "The novel of erodedcastles in the light of criticalstudies: I traced the academiccriticalreceipt of the blog to the basic research goal of what Algerian criticismpresented as a critical practice of Algerian adversityliterature. Finally, the conclusion of the researchis the conclusion of what I have reached and whatneeds to beresearched, studied and expanded
