Abstract: The increasing use of computer technologies in the medical field is opening up new possibilities for patient diagnosis and prognosis, but providing accurate medical prognoses remains a major challenge. The aim of this project is to improve the quality of healthcare by developing an intelligent IT system capable of providing accurate and timely medical prognoses. It responds to urgent medical needs by proposing an innovative solution based on Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) for searching for similar cases. This approach fosters interdisciplinarity by integrating collaboration and multi-criteria decision-making concepts, resulting in better coordination and integrated patient management. The system also carefully examines each stage of decision-making to ensure that decisions are accurate and well considered. The project aims to fill research gaps and contribute to the evolution of computer science and medicine.
