Abstract: The use of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in potato cultivation presents a promising alternative to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers in agriculture. It also aids in protecting plants from drought and diseases. With this perspective, our study was conducted at Ain Temouchent Belhadj Bouchaib University to determine the impact of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on the growth and yield of Solanum tuberosum L, Arizona variety, which was grown in soilless conditions with different fertilization programs. The results showed that, based on all measured parameters, mycorrhizal inoculation (AMF) in potato production had beneficial effects on the development of both aerial and root biomass and on the potato yield, with better outcomes and higher values compared to the non inoculated plant lots.
