Dental care-related infections are common, given that the oral cavity is a natural environment for many micro-organisms. In this study, we isolated and identified bacteria from ten samples taken from the oral cavity, highlighting the predominance of coagulase-negative Staphylococci spp and streptococci spp, followed by Pseudomonas putida, Escherichia coli, Providencia alcalifaciens, Aeromonas hydrophila and candida spp. In order to prevent these infections, we evaluated the antibacterial activity of Cocovit BIO a mouthwash solution based on vitamin C and coconut oil on various previously identified bacterial species. The results revealed a significant correlation between the solution's antibacterial effect and the various pathogenic strains, with notable zones of inhibition. These promising results demonstrate the potential efficacy of Cocovit BIO in the fight against oral infections.en_US
