Abstract: This study investigates the role of “employer branding” in attracting talented individuals at Sonatrach Haasi R’Mel Regional Directorate. The findings reveal a positive correlation between employer branding and talent attraction. The study recommends strengthening Sonatrachemployer brand، utilizing diverse communication channels، developing effective talent attraction programs، and regularly evaluating the new HR project (TRH).
