Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of the quality of work life, in its dimensions (wages and rewards, job security and stability, job characteristics, work teams and groups, balance between personal and work life, empowerment, supervision style), in achieving job satisfaction among faculty members at the college. Economic sciences, commercial sciences and management sciences at Ain Temouchent University. In order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting information, so that the number of individuals in the studied sample was single, distributed among the employees, and the data contained in the questionnaire was analyzed by Through the statistical program (SPSS v), a number of results were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and impact between the quality of work life and job satisfaction. The study also recommended the necessity of adopting decentralization, hearing the opinions and suggestions presented by faculty members, giving them the freedom to present them, and involving University professors set career goals, especially those related to their jobs, and provide the material and moral capabilities to perform their tasks.
