dc.description.abstractHuman resources management is considered one of the most important modern methods that organizations rely on and focus on to improve their performance, and since it is considered the most important resource of the organization, the concept of quality has also become the new vision of excellence. Human resources management is a glorious title that all organizations seek to achieve, and that is why there is a direct relationship between human resources management and total quality management. This study aims to explain the most important methods and concepts on which human resources management is based and how various related practices can be applied. Following comprehensive quality management standards and how to link these two inputs. Total Quality Management focuses on improving all aspects of operations within an organization to achieve customer satisfaction, and aims to build a sustainable culture of quality.
