dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture, with its dimensions (organizational values, organizational beliefs, organizational norms, organizational expectations), on technological innovation in the gloves company Top Gloves Latex Industries in Ain Temouchent. In order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used. And relying on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, so that the number of individuals in the studied sample reached 35 individuals, distributed among the technological employees at the gloves company Top Gloves Latex Industries in Ain Temouchent. The data contained in the questionnaire was analyzed using the statistical program (26SPSS v), and it was concluded that A number of results, the most important of which are the existence of a direct correlation between organizational culture and technological innovation and the presence of an impact of organizational culture on technological innovation. The study also recommended strengthening positive organizational values that support technology and developing organizational norms to support technological innovation.en_US
