dc.description.abstract"The study aims to highlight the relationship of human resources management and competitive advantage by clarifying the concept of human resources management and defining its most important functions, the concept of competitive advantage and defining its sources and types, and highlighting the relationship between them, with regard to the theoretical aspect of the study. As for the applied aspect, the field study was conducted at the level of the National Gravel Foundation (ENG) and the pozzolan unit. This study was a personal interview conducted by the two students, where they interrogated the institution’s employees, including executives and officers...and their number was 50 people who were questioned, and through their answers, we By studying and analyzing the organization's competitive position and its human resources, we finally concluded that the organization encourages its employees through a set of financial incentives, which gives it a competitive advantage in attracting workers."en_US
