Abstract

And also the procedures for announcing the sale of the real estate right in public auctions and its previous procedures for selling the real estate and during its sale and the bidding procedures, and then it is completed by reselling the real estate and distributing the financial proceeds from this procedure in one of the follow-up methods, with or without the judicial list.
