dc.description.abstractThis study entitked "the Reality of Agricultural Investment in Algeria - The cereal Sector as a Model - A Case Study of the Wilaya Of Ain temouchent for period 2000-2023" aimed to shed light on the reality of Algeria agricultural investment and highlight the most important natural and human resources that the country enjoys . as well as the main factors affecting its agricultural sector . In addition, it aimed to examine the reality of national and local cereal production and consumption levels . To achieve these objectives , we adopted a descriptive approch in our study , which allows for a detailed explanation of these aspects , and a analytical approach through conducting an analytical study at the directorate of agricultural services in Ain Temochent on indicators related to the agricultural sector and crop production , with a focus on the cereal sector in the Wilaya , the study found that climatic changes and weather conditions constitue the main challenge facing the agricultural sector and cereal cultivation in particular . Nevertheless , the wilaya of Ain temouchent has locally acheived self-sifficiency in the cereal sector.en_US
