Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the management of competencies, which became the interest of all economic and industrial institutions in general and the cement enterprise in a clear structure in particular. The main objective was to know the role played by the management of competencies in achieving a competitive advantage. Our study included a sample of 94 employees of the Cement Foundation in Beni Safi. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection while we relied on statistical analysis to test the study hypotheses using the statistical programme. We reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the Cement Foundation is concerned with the good and continuous functioning of its competencies. and international. "
