Abstract: "This study aimed to know the extent of the impact of human resources management on the public institution of the State Property Institutions Corporation in Ain Temouchent, and to answer the problem of research and testing the assumptions and then rely on the questionnaire that was distributed on 31 random employees, where 33 questionnaires were relied upon The questionnaire data on the SPSS descriptive analysis program. The study reached the following results: - The existence of a relationship between the human resources management and the public institution, which confirms that the State of State Interests in AinVII Temouchent is aware of this importance in order to improve and develop the institution. - The State Property Institutions, with Ain Temouchent, seeks to work to improve the institution with the optimal use of human resources management"
