dc.description.abstract"This study aimed to know the extent of the impact of human resources management on the public institution of the State Property Institutions Corporation in Ain Temouchent, and to answer the problem of research and testing the assumptions and then rely on the questionnaire that was distributed on 31 random employees, where 33 questionnaires were relied upon The questionnaire data on the SPSS descriptive analysis program.
