Abstract: "This study aims to identify the role of the blue economy and its orientation as a new path to achieve sustainable development by addressing the theoretical approach between them in the first chapter, while in the second chapter we tried to review the business model canvas «BMC» around our product ""SEA"". The most important findings of this study are the lack of awareness of the importance of the blue economy and its benefits: - Lack of awareness of the importance and benefits of the blue economy. - The lack of start-ups and micro-enterprises that are active in this field. - The limited funding of these organisations and the difficulties of administrative procedures. Based on the findings, we came up with a set of recommendations: - The need to hold specialised seminars and forums related to the blue economy. - Adopting basic pillars such as creativity and innovation in the field of blue economy. - Encouraging investment and facilitating administrative procedures. - Providing tax exemptions and financial privileges.Keywords:Blue Economy, Sustainable Development, Fisheries, Startup, Anchovy Canning Jel Classification: Q5, Q55"
