Abstract: This research dealt with a topic that is one of the calamities of this era and its emerging issues, which is the marriage of minors. A minor is considered a person who has not yet reached the legal age specified for marriage, which varies from one country to another. Based on Article (07) of the Algerian Family Code, marriage is set at 19 years as a minimum for both sexes. However, an exception is allowed to obtain a judicial license for marriage for minors who have not reached the legal age, if there is an interest and necessity for marriage.
