dc.description.abstractThe issue of consumer protection in electronic contracts is considered a recent and very important topic, given that electronic transactions have become global and have abolished all geographical and political borders. Despite the positive aspects that electronic contracting provides to the consumer, its use is not without several risks that threaten the health of the consumer. The protection of the consumer contracting electronically during the implementation of the contract also aims to ensure that the consumer contracting electronically does not purchase a product that does not meet his legitimate desires, by establishing traditional and new legal guarantees to protect the consumer contracting electronically, and establishing balance in the relationship between the two parties to the consumer process and granting consumer protection in the face of Electronic resource.en_US
