Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of business intelligence in its dimensions (data collection and analysis, immediate analytical processing, business performance management, decision-making and competitive position support), and its impact on human resources performance in Algeria Telecom Company in Ain Temouchent. In order to achieve the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used, and the questionnaire and interview were relied upon as a tool for collecting information, so that the number of individuals in the sample studied was 44 individuals distributed among employees. The data contained in the questionnaire were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS v26). This study reached a set of theoretical and applied results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of business intelligence in its dimensions on human resources performance. The study also presented several recommendations, including that the management of the institution must adopt business intelligence practices and applications according to an integrated plan to achieve a renaissance in the field of work and its development.
