Abstract: Our study focused on the role of internal communication in enhancing job satisfaction, as this type of communication is considered essential in human resource management and overall satisfaction achievement. In the applied aspect, we relied on distributing questionnaires, with the national electricity and gas company in ain temouchent being the axis of the study, where the opinions of 30 employees from this institution were surveyed. The study concluded the importance and role of internal communication in achieving job satisfaction in the Sonelgaz company in ain temouchent, as it contributes to developing human relationships among individuals and facilitating the exchange of information between management levels in a timely manner, thus enhancing the decision-making process effectively
