Abstract: | In recent years, the world has witnessed exceptional developments and circumstances that have affected many aspects of life and led people around the world to other choices in their lifestyles challenges of the digital revolution, This has resulted in the emergence of many applications on various sectors, including the justice sector, which requires several requirements to introduce these applications. Among these applications is the idea of tele- litigation or e-litigation, which is the product of the information revolution and huge technological development. law , as most international and domestic legislation has adopted this system within its legal and judicial system due to its speedy disposition of cases, easing the burden on litigants, improving the quality of judicial work and achieving justice in all circumstances. However, these regulations are in place, especially with all the requirements for their success, although they have eliminated a large proportion of the complexity and length of the litigation process and the provision of electronic judicial services to the public, Most developed private countries continue to keep pace with technological developments, They therefore need to introduce and apply smart systems that mimic the human mind. |
