Abstract

The study aimed to know the role of intellectual capital in applying total quality management at the Carbusud Foundation in Ain Temouchent, by identifying intellectual capital and its dimensions (relational capital, structural capital, human capital) and also identifying total quality management, its most important methods, and obstacles to its application. An analytical approach was relied upon to link the relationship between the two variables and analyze it. To achieve the research objectives, we used a questionnaire to collect data related to the study, analyze it, and draw conclusions. A sample of (60) employees was randomly selected from the study population. Where (51) were retrieved at a rate of 85% to collect and analyze data, then the hypotheses were tested based on the statistical analysis program SPSSV26, where the study concluded: There is a statistically significant correlation between intellectual capital and total quality management.
