By Law 18-04, the Algerian legislator has defined each of its competences, the tasks it performs and the system on which it is based, and also established an organizational structure for it under the same law, which allows this authority to strengthen its role in regulating the postal and electronic communications market and also gives efficiency to its work.en_US
