dc.description.abstractUnfair commercial practices are all practices that violate clean and fair commercial customs, prohibited by the Algerian legislator under Law 04-02 specifying the rules applicable to commercial practices, as amended and enacted by Law 10-06. The legislator was keen to establish legal mechanisms represented by administrative and judicial bodies, in order to combat unfair commercial practices, in order to achieve economic effectiveness.en_US
