Abstract: | The rule of excluding criminal evidence obtained by illegal means is a legal rule used in most legal systems around the world. This rule stipulates that evidence obtained illegally must be excluded in criminal trials. Evidence excluded under this rule typically includes evidence obtained illegally, such as coercive or unlawful interrogations, illegal searches of private property, spying on citizens without legal authorization،recording private communications, etc. The use of this rule aims to ensure criminal justice and protect the rights of individuals in the judicial system. The application of this rule is considered vital to preserve the principles of justice, equality, and protection of human rights. The application of this rule varies from one country to another, and there may sometimes be limited exceptions to the rule, which are applied in specific circumstances and under specific conditions in accordance with international laws and conventions. |
