dc.description.abstract"This study aims to clarify the impact of human resources management on an organization's performance, as well as to highlight the importance of the performance evaluation process and its role in ensuring organizations' survival and development in the business environment and their adaptation to developments and facing contemporary problems and future challenges. To achieve this goal, 40 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of the hospital institution - Bin Zarjab - and were retrieved in full, to collect primary data from the study sample. The results of the study concluded that there was a statistically significant effect of human resources management on the performance of the hospital institution - Bin Zarjab "en_US
