The electronic contract provides for corresponding obligations on the two legal centers of the contracting parties, because the electronic supplier is required to deliver the product according to the conditions stipulated in the electronic contract, and he is responsible for the force of law towards the electronic consumer in the good faith execution of his commitment, regardless of whether the execution was carried out directly by the electronic supplier personally or by the service provider. Thus, in the event that the electronic supplier delivers a product that does not correspond to the order, it entails several penalties including the delivery of a product conforming to the order, the repair or replacement of the product or the cancellation of the order. In this case, the legislator also gave the electronic consumer the right to withdraw from this contract.en_US
