dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to highlight the impact of human resources management practices on the quality of work life, by addressing the basic problem about whether there is an impact of human resources management practices on the quality of work life. In this study, we followed the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect, and as for the applied side, we relied on the analytical approach. Using the questionnaire with which we addressed the study hypotheses, as it was directed to the employees of Human Resources Department in Dr. Bin Zarjab Hospital Institution, which is a random sample of 60 employees, and after analyzing and interpreting the results based on the SPSS statistical program, the most important results were “the existence of a relationship between human resources management practices and quality of life.” Job position in the institution under study. | en_US |
