dc.description.abstract"This study aims to explore the impact of social risk management on improving human resource performance within organizations and to highlight the challenges associated with applying risk analysis in a dynamic work environment. To achieve these objectives, a case study was conducted at the Beni-Saf cement plant ""S.CI.B."" in the Ain Temouchent province. This research adopted a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 50 randomly distributed questionnaires to the workers of the Beni-Saf cement plant, using statistical methods and the SPSS software. The results indicated that the application of social risk management is linked to the extent to which employees understand the concept of social risk and apply appropriate mechanisms for this type of management to achieve the appropriate strategy. It was found that there is a statistically significant effect at α ≤ 0.05 for social risk management with its integrated elements in the cement factory. "en_US
