The recommendation company is divided into the simple recommendation company, which is considered one of the most important individual companies, and the stock recommendation company, which is considered a financial company. Despite the difference in the nature of these two companies, they both share similarities in terms of solidarity partners and recommended partners. The difference in the liability of these partners has led the Algerian legislator to distinguish between them in terms of responsibilities and shares. The solidarity partner has unlimited liability, while the recommended partner's liability is limited. This allows the solidarity partner to engage in both internal and external management activities, as well as oversee management operations. However, the recommended partner is prohibited from contributing to the company's activities and having their name included in the company's title. Instead, they are allowed to participate in internal management activities and supervise men_US
