dc.description.abstractThe resolution of commercial disputes has two parts of the judiciary according to the latter's judicial organization and division s jurisdiction in accordance with the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure, The Algerian legislature has strengthened the use of alternative means of resolving disputes away from the judiciary. This is in line with the rapid and credit trade environment in order to find an amicable solution that would serve the parties to the conflict and ease the burden on the judiciary.en_US
