Abstract: International trade relations have moved away from the control of national laws, and that is why I have created professional laws to which she has committed, including model contracts that have become a means of concluding contracts; like franchise contract, which brings together two different parties in all fields. It is therefore necessary to identify the model contracts that can guarantee the protection of the franchisee in the Franchise contract in the absence of legislation on this type of agreements on the one hand, and the increasing number of suppliers of this mechanism as a global phenomenon on the other hand, while noting the international legal efforts in this subject as a modern Creation. Model contracts are therefore a flexible means of standardizing international transactions because they conform to the requirements of international trade. They provide a balance between parties and thus provide model protection to the franchisee, but they do not have any mandatory status if they are not selected by both parties to the contract.
