dc.description.abstractThe subject dealt with relates to the phenomenon of the writings of young Algerians on facebook and its influence on the French language and its spelling. The work is part of the interactional sociolinguistics, which aims to bring a reflection on the functioning of writing in the speeches of young Algerians on Facebook. The theoretical part aims to present the approaches to digital communication via the facebook social network in Algeria, the place of the French language in Algeria, the statistics of social networks in Algeria and finally, the influence of cyber language on the learning the French language. The practical part focuses on the terms and expressions most used by young Algerians with regard to the French language. Finally, we ended our research with a general conclusion on the phenomenon treated in our work, namely the language of Facebook.en_US
