dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to clarify the correlation and influence between the independent variable "innovation" and the dependent variable "competitive advantage", it was relied on the descriptive analytical approach.After studying the theoretical side of the research topic, a field study was conducted at " Enie Enterprise", where the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection and its data was processed through the statistical program (SPSS v 22). The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the need for institutions to move towards innovation as the most important sources of achieving competitive advantage for institutions, especially in light of the current economic conditions. As well as it turned out that there is a positive correlation and a statistically significant effect between the two variables.en_US
