dc.description.abstractTraining in a modern institution is one of the most important elements of human development that it adopts in order to face the present and .the future and to stand up to rapid changes and developments Through this study, training and its role in the development of human resources in the economic institution were shed light, and to achieve this goal, we collected the necessary references to accomplish the theoretical aspect, and then we conducted a field study at the level of the Economic and Social Development Institution, by distributing the questionnaire to a sample of 31 individuals in a grouping And to verify the hypothesis of the study, appropriate statistical methods were used, and to process the collected data, we relied on the (spss) program to test the relationship between training and the various dimensions of human .resource developmenten_US
